GoQuickLive — which we’ll just call “GQL” from here on in — is committed to protecting your right to privacy. In this policy we explain what information we collect, and how we use that information in GQL services and why. We also set out your rights, and how to contact us.

This privacy policy relates only to personal data for which we are responsible. It applies to personal data we hold about individuals (such as company directors, or contacts on business accounts), including sole traders and partners. It does not apply to information which we hold about companies and other legal organisations.

What is GoQuickLive?

GoQuickLive is a cloud-based video communications app that allows you to set up virtual video and audio conferencing, live chats, screen-sharing, and other collaborative capabilities.

What personal information does GoQuickLive process?

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to User Name, Mobile Number, Email etc. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

How is this information used?

  1. If you use the chat function, chat content is only stored in cache during the meeting.
  2. If you record a meeting, the recording of the meeting is temporarily stored until it is uploaded to your file hosting service (e.g. DropBox).
  3. If you livestream your meeting, video content is temporarily stored to buffer the livestream.
  4. In addition, users of GoQuickLive have the option of providing a name, email address, and link to a picture that will be displayed to participants in the meeting.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.


Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
